Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Reservations: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total cost is required.

Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date.

Late Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.

15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Cancellation by Company: If we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund.

3. Changes to Booking

By Customer: Requests for changes must be made in writing. Additional charges may apply.

By Company: We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be made without extra cost.

4. Travel Insurance

Mandatory: All travelers must have valid travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

5. Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We are not responsible for any health issues arising during the tour.

Safety: Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. We are not liable for any injuries due to non-compliance.

6. Passports and Visas

Responsibility: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after your return date and that you have all necessary visas.

7. Liability

Limitation: We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.
